About us... S & K Trans Parts, L.L.C. was established in 1980 by Sam Law and Kenneth Green. We have been serving the rebuilt automotive parts industry for over 22 years and have a warehouse with over 35,000 square feet of parts and cores. We provide quality used and rebuilt transmission parts and cores to aftermarket distributors and transmission repair businesses all across the United States. We pride ourselves in the prompt service and reliabiliy we give our customers. Our sales staff with more than 110 years combined experience will help ensure the right part for your transmission. Limited Warranty All parts listed on this website are warrantied to be free from defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. We will repair or replace the defective parts, but we have the right to determine if the defect is our fault. Warranty Exclusions Removal or installation cost Damage caused by improper installation Damage caused by improper or lack of maintenance Damage caused by misuse, alteration, or accident Freight Policy All parts are shipped via UPS. These charges are F.O.B. point of origin. Core Policy Core charges are included on certain parts. These charges are refunded to you on an exchange basis unless the core in furnished or paid for in advance. All cores must be returned freight within six months of the invoice date for credit. Credit will be issued in the same manner as which the parts were originally paid for. If the core was charged to a credit card, the credit will be issued back to the same card number on the original invoice. If paid for by check, we will reimburse you by check.
